Request for documents certifying the right of residence of a citizen of the European Union and his or her family members

A decision on the issuance of a permanent residence certificate shall be taken within 30 days. A decision on the issuance of a residence permit to a family member of a Union citizen who is not a citizen of the Union shall be taken within 30 days of the submission of all documents.
