OCMA offers the possibility to check data or to obtain data from the Register of Natural Persons by using electronic services. 

The e-service allows a person to find out what current and historical information about them, their minor child, or a person under guardianship or trusteeship is included in the Register of Natural Persons (name, surname, nationality, declared place of residence, passport data, personal identification codes of parents, children, and spouse, etc.).

The e-service allows individuals to obtain up-to-date information about their real estate registered in the Land Register and persons who have valid registration at these addresses (declared or registered place of residence at the initiative of the institution).

The e-service allows you to check the data included in the Register of Natural Persons to see whether the person with the personal identification number specified by the user is included in the Register of Natural Persons and, if so, whether there is any information registered about the person's death.

The e-service allows you to check the data included in the Register of Natural Persons to see whether the person with the personal identification number specified by the user has a valid registration at the place of residence (declared or registered at the initiative of the institution) at the address specified by the user.

Using this e-service, it is possible to check the correspondence of two personal identification codes specified by an e-service user to one person. The service checks personal identification codes assigned to a person in Latvia.

The e-service allows you to find out the information included in the Register of Natural Persons regarding a person's legal capacity at the time of requesting the service. If the Register of Natural Persons includes information regarding a person's legal capacity restriction, then within the framework of the service it is possible to obtain information regarding the area in which the person has limited legal capacity, as well as a detailed court ruling.

The e-service allows you to check how many people with the name of interest are included in the Register of Natural Persons, in what combinations it is used with other personal names, as well as to familiarize yourself with explanations of the most common names.

Paid e-service. By indicating the personal identification code known to you in the service, you will be able to receive information about the current personal identification code and its date of assignment from the Register of Natural Persons. If the personal identification code has been changed, you will also be able to receive information about previous personal identification codes. The person's name, surname and other data are not provided in the service. The service is available to authenticated users upon payment of a state fee of EUR 2.00
