using the official service eAddress.
In cases when it is necessary to transfer personal data, commercial information and other protected information, we encourage you to use an eAddress.
OCMA shall accept also the following formats:
- for text – DOC and DOCX;
- for tables – XLS and XLSX.
For more convenient and more rapid information exchange and receipt of services, we recommend to use electronic communication means.
OCMA accepts electronically signed documents that are developed and prepared in the formats prescribed by Paragraph 10 and 101 of the Cabinet Regulations No. 472 “Procedures for the Preparation, Drawing Up, Storage and Circulation of Electronic Documents in State and Local Government Institutions, and the Procedures by which Electronic Documents are Circulated between State and Local Government Institutions, or Between These Institutions and Natural Persons and Legal Persons”, adopted on 28 June 2005.
