1) If you have not exited Latvia by 30.11.2023, you have to send via post to the closest territorial unit of the Office a written explanation/ opinion on the reasons, why you have not departed and the possible time of departure. Specify in the explanation your contact phone.

2) The Office will assess the opinion provided by you and prepare the departure order that will give the right to depart from Latvia within 30 days. The Office will contact you in order to agree on the date and time of receipt of the departure order.
