Last year, the Office conducted an annual customer satisfaction survey, surveying 500 respondents who provided their assessment of OCMA customer service.
The customer survey was conducted in October and November 2020. This year, due to the pandemic, a smaller number of customers were interviewed and only one group of customers was interviewed - those who have drawn up or received an identity document.
