The amount of the State fee shall be reduced by 50 percent, if the information referred to in sub-paragraph 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 is requested by:

  • a politically repressed person;
  • participants of the National opposition movement;
  • a person, who has his or her own or jointly with the spouse, or a spouse of the person has three or more children (including children placed in the foster family and being in the guardianship), being in the age under 18 years, or children in the age under 24 years, who are acquiring the general secondary, vocational or higher education;
  • a guardian or a trustee about the person, being in the guardianship or custody.

The following persons are exempt from the payment of the State fee:

  • disabled persons;
  • participants at the elimination of the aftereffects of the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant;
  • pensioners, whose scale of pension does not exceed the state minimum wage;
  • persons with low incomes, who are recognized as low-income persons as stated by the procedure of the Cabinet of Ministers.

To receive a relief or exemption from the payment of the State fee, the persons shall present a document certifying the respective status or fact.

OCMA issues free of charge:

  1. full-scale information from the Register of Natural Persons (current and historical information) about the person, his or her minor child, person under guardianship or trusteeship. If the information is requested more than twice during a calendar year, it is necessary to pay a state fee for each subsequent provision of full information. If a person wishes to receive the prepared document by post, payment must also be made for sending and delivering the document by post in accordance with the price list of paid services provided by OCMA;
  2. for the owner of the real estate, information regarding the persons declared in the property, registered and who have indicated an additional address. If a person wishes to receive a statement by post, payment must be made for sending and delivering the statement by post in accordance with the price list of paid services provided by the OCMA.
