STATE FEE FOR RECEIPT OF INFORMATION FROM THE POPULATION REGISTER

State fee for receipt of information from the Population Register

For a person, who receives all information available in the Population Register more than twice per calendar year (in the paper format) on him or herself and his/her children, being in the age under 18 years, or a person, being in the guardianship or custody

Receipt of information about him or herself, his/her child, who is under the age of 18 years, or a person, being in the guardianship or custody (per one person), if it is prepared pursuant to the criteria specified by the person requesting information (except the information referred to in sub-paragraph 2.4 of this Regulation):

Receipt of information about the address of the place of residence of one person, if the person requests current information about the declared, registered place of residence of him/her, his/her child, who is under the age of 18 years, or the place of residence specified by the person or the person, being in the guardianship or custody.

Receipt of information for the third person (per one person), if the information is prepared pursuant to the criteria specified by the person requesting information:

Receipt of information about persons deceased within the certain period of time (certification of the fact of death - deceased), if the information is requested for the following period of time:

The amount of the State fee shall be reduced by 50 percent, if the information referred to in sub-paragraph 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5 is requested by:

  • a politically repressed person;
  • participants of the National opposition movement;
  • a person, who has his or her own or jointly with the spouse, or a spouse of the person has three or more children (including children placed in the foster family and being in the guardianship), being in the age under 18 years, or children in the age under 24 years, who are acquiring the general secondary, vocational or higher education;
  • a guardian or a trustee about the person, being in the guardianship or custody.

The following persons are exempt from the payment of the State fee:

  • disabled persons;
  • participants at the elimination of the aftereffects of the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant;
  • pensioners, whose scale of pension does not exceed the state minimum wage;
  • persons with low incomes, who are recognized as low-income persons as stated by the procedure of the Cabinet of Ministers;
  • persons whose document has been lost for reasons independent of his or her will – in the accident or as a result of an illegitimate action.

To receive a relief or exemption from the payment of the State fee, the persons shall present a document certifying the respective status or fact.
