The OCMA shall issue free of charge:
1. Full information about an individual existing in the Population Register and, in accordance with Section 18 of the Law on the Population Register, full information about an individual existing in the Population Register shall be issued two times during a calendar year free-of-charge and a state fee LVL 5 must be paid for each following issue of full information;
2. Information about individuals who have registered their place of residence at a real estate of an owner.
