Smiltene branch (Valka division)

Customer service at the Office is provided in Latvian. Temporary residence permit services are provided in Latvian or English. If a client applying for a temporary residence permit does not speak Latvian, they have the right to be accompanied by a person who can assist with communication and provide translation into Latvian.

• In Smiltene branch, at Dārza Street 11, on the 1st floor, you can issue and receive a personal identification document every Tuesday.
