Customer service at the Office is provided in Latvian. Temporary residence permit services are provided in Latvian or English. If a client applying for a temporary residence permit does not speak Latvian, they have the right to be accompanied by a person who can assist with communication and provide translation into Latvian.

• You can issue and receive a personal identification document at Līvāni branch, at Rīgas street 2S on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
