Krāslava branch (Daugavpils division)

Customer service at the Office is provided in Latvian. Temporary residence permit services are provided in Latvian or English. If a client applying for a temporary residence permit does not speak Latvian, they have the right to be accompanied by a person who can assist with communication and provide translation into Latvian.

• Krāslava branch, at  Rīgas street 26, you can issue and receive a personal identification document on the first and third Wednesday of each month.
• The service can only be received by prior appointment, which can be done by calling to the phone of the Krāslava County Council - 27331143 on Mondays from 8.30 to 11.30 a.m.
