  • In order to improve customer service, from June 5 working hours are extended in Riga 3rd Division. The Riga 3rd Division will work every working day from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The service will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis and by prior appointment.

  • It is important to note that the residence permit service is provided ONLY from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • For Latvian citizens and non-citizens, the identity document service is provided throughout the day from 8:00 a.m. to 19:00
