We would like to inform you about the changes in working hours on specific days in November:
- On November 6, customer service hours in all territorial divisions are from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.;
- On November 8, customer service hours in all territorial divisions are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
- On November 17 and 18, all divisions of the OCMA will be closed, and the information phone will not work.
We invite residents to plan their visits to the divisions in advance to ensure quick and convenient receipt of services.
