Can't you come? Cancel pre-appointment!

We remind, there are 4 ways to cancel pre-appointment:

• using the Q-ticket smartphone application;
• or via a link sent in an email if you pre-register using the Qticket app on our website;
• or by writing to the e-mail of the division of OCMA where the previous registration was made in the "Appointment" system of the home page, indicate the previously applied date, time, your name and surname;
• or by phone by calling the division of OCMA.

1410 customers did NOT arrive to receive the services from 22 to 26 November last week and did NOT cancel their registration.

We invite and ask customers to be responsible! In case you can't come, please cancel pre-appointment so that other people can apply for a passport or eID card in time.
