If you pay by a bank transfer at a credit institution or via internet bank, please consider that the payment processing may take several days. The OCMA is not authorised to provide the requested service before the State Treasury has received the payment!

Pursuant to amendments to regulatory enactments, printouts from internet banks, bank-confirmed payment orders and other documents that may confirm the payment are not deemed a confirmation of the payment for the service. The only confirmation of the payment for the service is the information in the electronic budget payment system “eKase”.

We recommend making the payment with the bank payment card at the OCMA division when applying for a service under the accelerated procedure (accelerated preparation of statements, preparation of passports and eID, etc.).

To verify whether your payment has been transferred to the State Treasury we advise using of the e-service
"Budžetā veiktā maksājuma pārbaude". (Verification of the payment in the budget)
