Every working day it is possible to go to ten territorial offices to issue a passport for citizens and non-citizens and an eID card in order: Alūksne, Balvi, Gulbene, Kraslava (until April 22), Kuldiga, Ludza, Madona, Preili, Valka, Ventspils branches.

Please note that priority will be given to customers who have signed up, and only then to customers who have come to receive services on a first-come, first-served basis.

Also, on April 22 and 29, it will be possible to issue and receive passports, eID cards and residence permit cards of citizens and non-citizens in the Rezekne branch of the Office ONLY in order.

On April 22 and 29 - the opportunity to issue and receive only passports of citizens and non-citizens and eID cards will be provided ONLY in the order of the Riga branch of the Office, Ogre branch.
