In order to continue to stay in Latvia after Brexit, UK citizens and their family members who currently live in Latvia or entered Latvia until 31 December 2020, must apply for a new residence document.
The validity of previously issued residence permits expired on 31 December 2020 or earlier if the validity of the document was shorter.
Please note that the application deadline for the new residence card is June 30, 2021!
