If you can't come to receive the service, cancel pre-appointment!
Between 19 July and 23 July, 1907 clients did not come and did not cancel their pre-appointment.

If you are unable to attend the service at the requested time, cancel the previous appointment:
by writing to the e-mail of OCMA division where the previous registration was made, indicate the previously applied date, time, your name and surname;
or by the link sent to your e-mail if pre-booking was made by using the Qticket app on our website;
or using the Q-ticket smartphone app.
We remind you that each not-canceled appointment means that someone who really needs identity documents will not be able to obtain them in time!
